It is still summertime where some of our followers live so we thought it would be a great time to discuss swimwear. We think that every woman deserves to feel comfortable, sexy and confident in her swimwear. But it can often be a struggle to find great swimwear that best suits different body types.

In this post we provide some of our tips and suggestions to guide you on your shopping trip, including (i) images of swimwear and (ii) the body type(s) it would best accentuate (iii) and briefly state how it does so. Keep reading to find out what swimwear best suits you!

Tip #1: SYMMETRY

When selecting the right bikini for your body type, keep in mind that your aim is to create the illusion of a symmetrical body.

For example, if you have large breasts and narrow hips we would aim to select pieces to make the hips appear wider or the breasts appear smaller.

Tip #2: COVERED UP & SEXY

A lot of people think cover ups can be boring but we beg to differ. Cover ups can not only add to your comfort but it can also spice up your swimwear look.

This type of bikini would best suit women with a longer torso by making the torso appear shorter in comparison the lower half of the body. This is also great for woman who may not want to expose too much of the tummy area.

The bandeau top is highly recommended for women who have small to medium sized breasts. Ideally between an A & C cup. This will therefore be able to hold the bust in place. If you wish to make your breasts appear larger opt for a ruffled bandeau top.
